Botanist Relic (Skysteel tool)

So starting in patch 5.2, gathers and crafters relics were implemented. This blog is just going over where to get the items needed to upgrade the relic for botanist. Now understand, when gathering the items needed- you do not need to equip the relic or  the relic +1. I gathered everything with my facet hatchet. Now if you already did a relic, you need go to Denys to pay the basic hatchet. 

Now the first place you want to go is the Dravanian Forelands, around X: 29, Y: 20. These nodes are not far outside of Tailfeather. 

 

Now when you hit a node- you need to gather two items. I item you will see all the time- the Oddly Specific Latex.  

 

The other item is a "hidden" item- the Oddly Specific Fossil Dust.  

 

Now for the Latex, you will need 340 high quality of them and for the Fossil Dust you will need just 120 normal quality. Once you have it, you can go back Denys to upgrade to a +1 or wait- up to you. 

 

Afterward, you will need to go to The Churning Mist . X: 25, Y: 29. These nodes are not far from the Moghome aetheryte. 

 

This is the same thing, you will need two items- the Oddly Specific Amber.... 

 

And the "hidden" item, the Oddly Specific Bauble. 

 

Now for the Amber you will need 510 high quality, and the Bauble you will need 180 normal quality. Then you can go to Denys to turn in the items for your Dragonsung Hatchet. 

 

Congratulation, you completed the relic until the continue with the relic line in 5.3.
