Scholar Faerie Glamours- Players must have completed the first job quest and then use the text command /egiglamour or /petglamour
The Voidcast Dais Extreme- need to complete the normal mode that unlocks during MSQ. After finishing story- you need to go to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan (X:12.7, Y: 14.2).
Pandaemonium Savage will become available 5/30/2023 and you will need to go to Riussenaud in Labyrinthos (X: 8.6, Y: 27.5) to unlock it.
Blue Mage, Variant Dungeon, Criterion Dungeon, Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures quest, Manderville Weapon quest, Splendorous Tool quests are scheduled to be released in Patch 6.45.
Now for MSQ- you will have to have completed the prior patch story and final quest in patch 5.4 Futures Rewritten.
For the next YoRHa quest- you will need to have completed the quests from patch 5.4. These were quest after the 5.3 patch raid quest. The previous quest needed is To Make Amends.
For The Sorrow of Werlyt- you will have to complete the quest- In Memory. This is the quest right after the Emerald battle quest. For the extreme version of Diamond- you will have to complete the story mode version.
For the Custom Deliveries unlock you will have to complete the following quest: Smile Cross the Sky, The Brume Lifts, and Go West, Craftsman. These quest can be found at the following:

The Firmament (X: 15.2, Y: 11.0)- Francel
-This was part of the questline after completing the Firmament in patch 5.41
The Brume Lifts
The Firmament (X: 10.5, Y: 12.4)- Charlemend de Durendaire

Go West, Craftsman
Mor Dhona (X: 22.4, Y: 6.8) Lydirlona
-This was quest was from a previous Expansion
Each of these quest have pre-request as well- if you did not do them.
For the Dragon Mount- for this quest to be unlocked, you will need to have the Fae Gwiber, Innocent Gwiber, Shadow Gwiber, Ruby Gwiber, Gwiber of Light, Emerald Gwiber, and Diamond Gwiber. If you do not have all these Gwiber- the quest will not be available.
If you already have unlocked Faux Hollows in patch 5.3, you don't have do anything. FYI- Titan or Shiva Unreal will no longer be available in patch 5.5 and will be replaced with Levianthan (Whorleater) Unreal. If you haven't unlocked the Faux Hollows- below is the information you need:

Now for MSQ- you will have to have completed the prior patch story and final quest in patch 5.3 Reflection in Crystal.
For Eden- you will have to have completed the quest Reflection in Crystal and the prior Eden quest Worlds Apart. Please note that you have to fully complete the Eden Promise story before being able to unlock the savage mode.
For The Sorrow of Werlyt- you will have to complete the quest- Sleep now in Sapphire. This series will unlock Castrum Marinum- aka Emerald Weapon and you must complete the story mode to be able to unlock the extreme mode.
For the next YoRHa quest- you will need to complete Crime and Punishment. This is not the next raid BUT I would complete this quest sometime prior to patch 5.5- as you will need to complete it to do the next raid in patch 5.5.
The next Role quest- you will have to complete the MSQ quest Reflection in Crystal and the prior role quest Shadow Walk with Me. Now Shadow Walk with Me only opens when you complete all the prior role quest- the Healer, Physical DPS, Magical DPS, and Tank. If you have not completed these- you will not be able to do this quest.
The Void questline that is being added for this patch- you will need to complete the Role quest above all well all the follow quest: Thok Around the Clock, The Diabolical Bismarck, A Fiendish Likeness, A Deific Simulacrum, A Demoic Duplicate. These quest are from The Warring Triad Questline- these include the hard modes and extremes of the Heavenward primals.

Now for MSQ (main story quest) you will have had to first completed the quest Echoes of a Fallen Star- aka the MSQ of patch 5.2.
For YoRha, you must have completed the quest One way to do it. Now, if you did not go back to Kholusia during patch 5.2 to complete Carnivals and Confrontations and One way to do it- I would do that prior to the patch dropping on the 11th. You will talk to the Dig Site Chief to start the Carnivals and Confrontations quest.
Sorrow of Werlyt, you will have had to completed Ruby Doomsday- aka Ruby Weapon to start this. This quest unlocks after the 5.2 MSQ quest Old Enemies, New Threats. If you have not gotten to patch 5.2 MSQ- you cannot unlock this. If you have, simply go to the Resistance Officer in The Lochs to do Ruby Doomsday, do the Ruby Weapon Trial, and then you can be ready for Sapphire Weapon on the 11th.
Custom Deliveries
To unlock custom deliveries there are two quest that need to be completed. If Songs Had Wings and Go West, Craftsman. Now the If Song had Wings- if you haven't been to the Firmament since it was completed- go and you will talk with Francel for the quest A Home in the Firmament. Following the quests and if will unlock the quest If Songs Had Wings quest. Go West, Craftsman is in Mor Dhona by the NPC- Lydirlona (X:22, Y:6).
Faux Hollows
This is for the new unreal trials. To unlock this- you have to complete the Shadowbringer quest- aka 5.0 MSQ and Keeping Up with the Aliapohs. If your not sure if you have done this- if you have a Wondrous Tails unlocked- you have- if not- talk with the Unctuous Adventurer Idyllshire at the same spot that the Painfully Ishgardian Man will be and you will be able to get the quest and unlock it.
Dwart Tribe
This is for the new crafting beast tribe. To unlock the quest It's Dwarfin' Time- you need to have completed Ronitt to the Rescue- which is only unlocked by completing a series of quest from 2 separate quest lines. A Disagreeable Dwarf- most people should have already completed- due to the fact that an aether current is a reward- so if you haven't done any quest since then- the next quest in that line is Almost a Friend- which the NPC is Ronitt at X:13.5, Y: 8.3. Now Village of Woe, the NPC is Eueliss at X: 15.3, Y: 28.6. Complete the series, then complete Ronitt to the Rescue to be ready for the 11th.
