The Voidcast Dais Extreme- need to complete the normal mode that unlocks during MSQ. After finishing story- you need to go to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan (X:12.7, Y: 14.2).

Pandaemonium Savage will become available 5/30/2023 and you will need to go to Riussenaud in Labyrinthos (X: 8.6, Y: 27.5) to unlock it.

Blue Mage, Variant Dungeon, Criterion Dungeon, Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures quest, Manderville Weapon quest, Splendorous Tool quests are scheduled to be released in Patch 6.45.
